Summary/Abstract: For any organization talent is the key to growth. Talent management refers to the process of developing and integrating new workers, developing and keeping current workers and attracting highly skilled workers to work for company. The establishment, enforcement and developing strong employer brand is a new dimension in managing the talent of organization. Having a strong brand can help attract and retain talented employees. This paper focuses on, how creating an employer brand can to enhances a company’s ability to attract and retains talents.
