Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the modern ballet repertoire for children in Ukraine. Methodology. The research methodology consists of methods of systematization, art analysis, and comparison. Scientific Novelty. The scientific novelty consists in the systematization of the ballet repertoire for children in Ukraine at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century, revealing its features. Conclusions. In the collection of all opera and ballet theaters in Ukraine, there are ballet performances for children, among them "classical legacy," ballets of the Soviet period (G. Mayorov's stagings predominate), original ballets for author's and team music. The most significant number of ballets for children in the Kyiv Municipal Academic Opera and Ballet Theater for Children and Youth, which is natural, given the creative direction of the theater, as well as in the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater due to the involvement of the Odessa Choreography School and the Svetlana Classical Dance School Antipova.
