Summary/Abstract: The article: Personalistic approach in the education of a family on a background of the current of educational systems is an attempt to present the contemporary crisis of upbringing and of educational systems from the perspective of the personalistic Pedagogics. According to this, the core all cognitive activity is the human person, in each of its stages of development,as an independent entity and most (most fully) valuable. For it seems that the present global civilization educates and to shape modern man in a utilitarian perspective, subjectivity, losing thereby, the essence of his humanity and objectively inviolable values. This means that devoid of subjectivity as to the existence and action of man, it becomes merely a means of updating external direct the purposes i.e. towards the profit and benefits. Hence, the contemporary postmodern culture whether post modern, which, for three decades, is trying to be part Polandacting under implacable dictatorship of of free market principles, refuse to (increasingly) man, the existence and activities of personal boundaries. Thus, the existence of possession, contemporary culture permeated with upbringing and educational conformism of any norms without reflection are absorbed and adopted by inexperienced individuals, appears to be a real threat threatening the personalist ideas of human education. Therefore, it is important accomplishment, in the current educational systems, personalistic model of education, which provides an opportunity to restore the dignity of man and to eradicate the trend of his instrumental treatment. This Article shall therefore to indicate appropriate roads toward the education of modern man in a spirit of self-respect and a sense of responsibility for themselves and others.
