THE PREREQUISITES FOR THE EMERGENCE OF CULTURE INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article theoretical analysis and generalization of the preconditions of culture industrial management, which will contribute to the cultural enrichment of science with new knowledge about the formation of the management culture in the industrial society. The methodology of the research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, sociocultural and historical approaches, the fundamental tenets of the theory and history of culture management. Used General scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, formalization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in identifying objective prerequisites for the emergence of culture industrial management.
