Summary/Abstract: This author publishes and studies 11 Old Russian seals. According to I. N. Parusimov, they were found in the Bryansk Oblast. The princely signs identified on these seals are widely known. Nevertheless, the published seals are of undoubted interest. All the bidents on the seals of Bryansk belong to the group of signs, the distinguishing feature of which is the presence of a cross line on one of the dents. Such bidents are common for the entire territory of the Ancient Rus — from Beloozero to Kiev, from Drahichyn to Gorodets on the Volga. However, the researchers do not know any other region in the Ancient Rus where only bidents with a crosshair on one of the dents were found. It is not improbable that the occupation of the people who owned the signs from the published seals was connected with the territory of the modern Bryansk Oblast.
