Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to identify the main trends in the re-engineering of Workflow in Ukrainian institutions with the help of local and «cloud» information technologies. The methodology of the research is based on the principle of objectivity, information and complex approaches and methods of comparative analysis and generalization. Scientific novelty. Generally available sources of scientific circulation as to the feasibility of using local and «cloud» technologies for re-engineering the document circulation of the institution.
