Summary/Abstract: The study is dedicated to the criminal dimensions of migration under Bulgarian law. The three crimes under Bulgarian criminal law which are directly related to the migration – those under art. 279, under art. 280 and under art. 281 of the Penal Code, are analyzed. In order to clarify the content of these crimes, the relevant provisions of different from the Penal Code regulations are studied.
