Summary/Abstract: Age has become a feature which significantly determines the social position of the man. A significant impact on the operation of older people in society have a repentant stereotypes depicting older people as self-reliant, diseased and dissatisfied with life. And just such offer elderly people without showing them any positive role called ageism. Discrimination based on age affects many areas of human life. such as: place of work, healthcare facilities, provision of financial services, media, social security and access to goods.
