Summary/Abstract: The essay will explore the following questions: Why has this story been largely neglected? Why was it deemed a failure even in the studies where it wasn’t disregarded? Have the actions of the M. of M. been in focus much more than the situation that has led to their appearance in the first place? In regard to the questionnaire, why were most of the respondents convinced that the story expresses sympathy towards Atsheler? Such questions will be examined, first, examining previous research on the story; second, through the answers given in the questionnaire; and, third, through a close analysis of the story.
