Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the content of regulations prohibiting cooperation and connections and the meaning of the concept of close links between insurance intermediaries in the Act on insurance distribution. The article deals with the problem of the concept of conflict of interest and the content of prohibited subjective connections between intermediaries, as well as their remaining in “other relationships” that could threaten the activities in the field of insurance distribution in compliance with the requirements set out in Article 7 item 1 reg.
