Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary market economy an enterprise should be charakterized by ongoing aspiration to increase its financial resources liquidity. Intensification of the movement of money through expansion and strengthening of its flow makes it possible to enhance the effectiveness of business finance management. This results, on the one hand in reduced cost of equity on borrowed capital, an on the other in increased potential to investing in various areas of a company’s activity and, consequently, in the growth of its value.
