Summary/Abstract: The estimation of a company should be based on logical and synthetic thinking, which is necessary to define fundamental economic relations in a company. It will help to make economic decisions in reference to ex post and ex ante analysis. Such an analysis becomes a useful instrument both for managers and company owners. The system of company estimation shown below is built on the basis of four model solutions: 1. Model Du Pont, 2. Model of productivity of cost, 3. Model MK (property - cost), 4. Model of profitability.
