Summary/Abstract: In this study, the reshaping of Turkey's social policies within the European Union harmonization process is evaluated. Turkey's transformation in the fields of education, health, housing, social security and employment in the European Union-axis, Accession Partnership Documents, National Reports and Progress Reports are explained. The reapproppriation of social policies in the context of women, elderly, children and people with disabilities are dealt with in detail. The concrete contribution of the change in Turkish social policy at local, national and global levels has been revealed in the light of the reports of national and international NGOs as well as the reports compiled from the media.
