Summary/Abstract: Personal assistance has become an important part of life ofpeople with the most severe degree of disability in those activities that a person alone performed no sensory, physical or intellectual impairment. The aim of this study was to examine the experiences of individual users ofpersonal assistance and to establish the metric characteristics of questionnaires to assess satisfaction with the service user personal assistant, designedfor the purpose of this work. The need for testing customer satisfaction is designed instrument titled “Questionnaire assessment of customer satisfaction service personal assistant." Testing was conducted on a sample of 65 respondents, the person with the most severe degree of disability, the users ofpersonal assistance, via telephone interview. In this study participated members Multiple sclerosis society of the Zagreb County Multiple Sclerosis Society of the City of Zagreb, “Bubamara" Association of Persons with Disabilities Vinkovci, Association of Blind Zagreb, Dystrophy Association, people with disabilities and children’s cerebral palsy and other physical disabled Slavonski Brod, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Brodsko-Posavska County, Association ofDisabled Samobor and Sveta Nedelja, Association Croatian Society of multiple sclerosis. Metric characteristics of the questionnaire tested the program Rtt7, and to determine the level of customer satisfaction was used factor analysis. The obtained data show that people with disability evaluate personal assistant service to most satisfactory and variables obtained similar results.
