Summary/Abstract: Older people make a serious group of social excluding as a result of political transformation, poverty and unemployment. Economic impoverishment, increasing frustration, weakness, sense of prime mover and declining self-esteem are leading to family conflicts. The weaker and older people are mainly the victims. In the article various kinds of excluding that old people meet were mentioned. One of the most severe exclusion concerning seniors is excluding out of the labour market. The older person begins to be financially dependent on his family and institution. Defects and shortcomings in providing of help and care area are sharply noticeable. Social excluding on account of the age is connected to some discrimination, declining of incomes, availability to social and civilization goods. Moreover, a brief typology review of old age and people’s positions of older people in a family and after-modern society were made with help of referring to authorities’ stands in this field. In the ending, the current problems connected with period of population decline, lack of proper problems of seniors’ excluding solving and possibility to improve such a situation were described with help of following the examples of modern Europe.
