Summary/Abstract: In recent times, the Romanian society has indicated a growing concern for the concept of the rule of law which should define all aspects of the state dealings and the society as a whole. While this need is obvious in what regards Romania, the imperative to pursue justice in all aspects of the life of a society and a state is an important theme in the Bible. To achieve this goal, the society can draw on the way in which the church is considered holy despite of the sinfulness of its members.
