Summary/Abstract: The paper intends to examine ethical reflection of special education teachers based on ethical conduct and thus determine how this could help them to understand their own theoretical expectations and practical performance when confronted with challenging ethical situations in their everyday practice. The paper focuses specifically on special education teachers who are confronted with a plethora of ethical dilemmas and attempts to establish procedures and models that are necessary to resolve moral dilemmas successfully. Moreover, the authors present findings of their research in which, using the interview method, they sought special education teachers’ opinions on selected issues of ethical introspection and ethical conduct in special education practice.
