Summary/Abstract: This is a short presentation that introduces the reader with some basic principles and features of music theory teaching software, and in particular Practica Musica. Music instruction software is rare and relatively unknown in Bulgaria; while analysing its pros and cons, this article also discusses its suitability for Bulgaria, as well as music software teaching suitability in the region in general.
