Summary/Abstract: Тhis Article examines the originate and the evolution of the responsibility of the Ministers and the monarch`s power preserving the integrity of the government. The responsibility of the Ministers is a consistent textual theme found in the virtues of the government and a part of the obligation to preserve the government itself.
