Summary/Abstract: The article does research on the Report written by Professor of Theology I. P. Chetverikov in 1950 and addressed at the German Diocese Archbishop Venedict (Bobkovsky). This document reflected the religious sentiments of the post-War Russian emigration which influenced the relations of the latter both with the Russian Church and political regimes in the countries of settlement after the World War II. The author of the 1950 Report was not only a witness but also an active participant and builder of social and political life of the Russian emigration’s wave that has been called the Displaced Persons by historiography.
