Summary/Abstract: The report raised questions about the mechanisms of state authority in protecting the border security of the country. The author does not restrict only in presenting the essence of protection of strategic sites as an element of national security, but considers the basic concepts and characteristics of the protection of the state border. The report also focuses on methods and means of impacting and managing migration processes.
