Summary/Abstract: The article presents the status of multi-agent in the light of the insurance distribution act. Consideration was given to issues concerning the legal grounds of multi-agent activity and his duties. In addition, the author indicates the differences between the multi-agent and the insurance broker. The problem of advice on the recognition and consideration of customer needs was also analyzed.
