Summary/Abstract: Probation is a model in which the court imposes a prison or other institutional sanction the perpetrator, but he is not serving, but it is only threatened by her. The sanction is carried out in a natural environment under the control of organized professional. Probation is often related to the suspended sentence, which is not the same, because the person that was sentenced to a suspended sentence is not executed under the supervision of, but it stays alone and without appropriate professional help, in the same area, and in the middle of which it is from originally and led it to commit a crime or an offense for which he was penalized. Probation is usually given with a suspended sentence, but it is possible and in cases when a person enters the prison. Then, for example, there is a possibility of parole. Probation provides a kind of arangement, and the agreement between the convicted person and probation officers.
