Summary/Abstract: One of the most important indicators of the professionalization and the development of a profession is the degree of its institutional and academic foundation. The conditions in which young generations are being educated in the profession and the care about their further development are a reflection not only of the potential outcome in mastering the profession and giving individual contribution to its development, but also of the reached standards in the profession.
