CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE RIGHTS OF SPOUSES OVER RENTED HOUSE

Summary/Abstract: The imperative primary regime comprises a common body of rules which applies whatever the option of the spouses in choosing the specific regime. From these rules we analiyzed in this study the rights of the spouses over the rented house, referring both to the period in which the marriage is valid, and to the situation in which the divorce occurs, when the court decides about establishing the beneficiary of the rented house.
