CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CHILDS FILIATION WITH THE MOTHER

Summary/Abstract: Establishing the childs filiation with the mother represents a fundamental right of the child and the mother. In this study we have analyzed the modalities in which the filiation with the mother can be established, respectively by recording the birth of the child, its recognition by the mother and establishing the filiation by judicial decision, with the indication that these modalities refer both to the child in the marriage and to the child result from outside the marriage.
