Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine whether organizational culture, which weakens organizational commitment, reduces performance, prevents motivation, is the cause of organizational cynicism. While employees of the companies that operates in the Gaziantep Organize Sanayi region constitutes the universe of the research, sampling is constitutes employee of the companies allowing survey. The research data were gathered by questionnaire and statistical analyzes were done. As a result of the analyzes made, positively weak correlations were found between beliefs cynicism from organizational cynicism sub dimensions and clan culture, adhocracy culture, market culture and hierarchy culture. There was a negative relationship between beliefs cynicism of organizational cynicism sub-dimension and clan culture of organizational culture sub-dimensions. Moreover, according to the result of regression analysis, it was concluded that belief cynicism and affect cynicism of organizational cynicism sub-dimensions were influenced by organizational culture sub-dimensions, that is organizational culture was the cause of organizational cynicism.
