Summary/Abstract: In school as a complex and dynamic system, conflicts are an unavoidable phenomenon and a phenomenon that requires constant research. Each development phase carries a certain characteristic frustration, which is recognized by teachers, teachers and pedagogues. However, a large percentage of conflicts, at first glance, appears suddenly and spontaneously.Pedagogues are teachers who are often in the role of mediator in resolving conflicts. Conflict management means exploring its causes, which are often latent, at first glance unobtrusive. It is therefore very important to discover the causes that led to the conflict, which teachers, other students or the environment did not notice. The most diverse types of conflict require a systematic approach in the analysis, in order to give outcome and positive results. In this paper we will look at the latent causes of conflict in the younger school age students, which are most often recognized by teachers in the younger grades of primary school. The aim is to preventively work and create an atmosphere where all stakeholders of the teaching process will have defined guidelines for timely and successful resolution of the conflict.
