KRITIKA KAO NEOSKOLASTIKA
CRITICISM AS A NEOSCHOLASTICISM

Summary/Abstract: The topic of the article is a method of criticism determining the character of interpretations of theoretical heritage in social sciences and philosophy as been prevailing in yugoslav sociology and philosophy. Analysis is settled around the concept of overcoming as a keystone of the method. Main argument thus arranged goes to set forth differency of two opposite meanings of the concept. First, on the level of selfunderstanding of criticism holding the overcoming as definite negation bv saving the amount of content abstracted from criticised theory, synthesis of knowledge stands for what the critical interpretation is aiming at.
