Summary/Abstract: The advantages and drawbacks of the legal-sociological diversion outline of the criminal legal system are analyzed in work. Starting from the criticism of the basic postulations of the theory by Nilse Christie about the substitution of the criminal punishment by the informal social effects on the committer and by an agreement about indemnity, the author states that a liberal deversion conception can be accepted according to whiich the existing criminal-legal system can be promoted by applying some informal measures.
