Summary/Abstract: The decision of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic dealt with analogical application of the Regulation EC/ 874/2004 on the domain name disputes in the .cz domain, which are governed by the Czech law. The panel of the Arbitration court ruled, that it is possible to apply the provisions of the Article 21(1) of the regulation, in cases where the Czech law does not provide enough rules which would reflect the specific nature of domain name disputes.
