Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the legal regulation of on-line activities from the perspective of private law. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with general theory of contract law and internet jurisdiction. The practical part deals with current legal rules on internet jurisdiction, choice of law from electronic transactions and electronic contracting.
