Summary/Abstract: For the last five decades, professor Stevan Vračar has been in the focus of contemporary thought on law and state. His approach to law and state is comprehensive and deep, so his rich collection of theoretical work can be seen as an integral thought on these phenomena. Vračar develops his own orientation named with a descriptive syntagm state and legal integralism. Due to a comprehensive research and deep thought on all levels -- of otherwise very complex phenomena of state and law -- Vračar presents himself as a legal scientist, methodologist, hermeneutic, and philosopher. His acts come from a pen of a true creator, seeking a comprehensive theory on law and state, since these two social phenomena really exist in an organic unity as a specific type of social symbiosis. Professor Vračar establishes a basic science of law and state through numerous terminological novelties, by creating hypotheses and theories as a comprehensive view with a logical homogeny of integral parts.
