THE LAW OF THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: Contemprary phenomenon in legal science - namely, the law of the economic system is found since quite a long time in numerous system - laws, as well as in general legal enactments, but there is still no corresponding course to cover this matter. Emphasizing the need for such a new branch in legal studies, the author elaborates its philosophical grounds, defines the notion of the law of the economic system, including its essential provisions. Also elaborated are the sources of this new branch of law, both substantive and formal. Finally, the relationship is treated between the law of the economic system and other branches of legal studies, which is rather complex. These other branches include those regulating specific economic phenomena such as, constitutional law, economic law, the law of contracts and torts, finansial law, and labour law.
