Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the electronic delivery of data to the data boxes. In particular, the article discussed issues related to the determination of the time of receipt into the data box of the court, inefficiency of delivery, options to make the submission from the data box of another entity and determination of the moment of delivery into the data box when the state is in the role of the party.
