Summary/Abstract: Article deals with the problem of responsibility for management of radioactive waste, being product of reprocessing of domestic spent nuclear fuel in a third country. With regard to obligations arising from agreements concluded with the Russian Federation and with Ukraine, the article deals also with particular issues of obligations of the waste generator and with the financing framework for the waste management.
