Summary/Abstract: The future of civilization depends to a great extent on the qualitative level of the educational staff. This work wishes to emphasize the importance of speech or acting-interpretative skills of drama pedagogues. This profession demands certain competencies, such as a psychological, pedagogical and professional profile, but one largely neglects their rhetorical-narrative, that is, theatrcal-interpretative skills with which they become better transmitters of knowledge, but, more importantly, excellent motivators in dramatic creativity and thus in the entire educational process. By highlighting the importance of these skills, personal and institutional selection would be encouraged by introducing evaluation of the abovementioned skills into the entrance examination programs, thus increasing the quality of staff at the initial stage of development.
