Summary/Abstract: In the work on theater in the time of social cataclysm, such as the Second World War, the topic of Croatian drama in the theater life of Mostar in the period from 1941 to 1945 is considered. Every devastating and wartime period is the time of human inability to resist the “ominous dark clouds. “ As a man does not destroy the psychic dimension of his being in various wanderings, then the theater survives at those moments as a symbol of resistance and defies everything that warfare with itself.
