Summary/Abstract: Radical restructuring based on the concept of reengineering is an extremely useful method of improving the activities of businesses and other organizations. BPR offers a set of tools thanks to which it is possible to integrally redisign a company. Managing processes by reengineering is the continuous search for improvements in order to achieve the best efficiency of the company.
