Summary/Abstract: Motivation is one of the crucial functions in the management of the organization. It is worthwhile to keep the most valuable resource in the company – staff, because a satisfied employee is more effective than an employee who feels underrated. A motivation system is a configuration of motivational factors, activities and policies that evokes desirable behaviours of employees. An appropriately designed motivation scheme may contribute to the success of the company.
