Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of research into the influence of ethicalleadership behavior (EL) on communication satisfaction (CS) and organizationallearning (OL) in companies in Serbia. In addition, the moderating effects of genderand age on the observed relationships were examined. The data were obtained byusing questionnaires completed by N = 380 middle managers from 102 companies inSerbia. The statistical methodologies that were used in the data analysis are: desriptivestatistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysisto test the moderating effects. All correlations between the dimensions of ethicalleadership behavior and those of communication satisfaction and organizationallearning are positive and statistically significant. Ethical leadership behavior has adouble impact: a) an individual, personal, and human one that affects communicationsatisfaction more, and b) an organizational, systemic one which has a greater effecton organizational learning.
