Summary/Abstract: The text constitutes a report on the events of the 32nd Summer School for Young Pedagogues in Łagów Lubuski – Zielona Góra under the 25th scientific direction of professor Maria Dudzikowa. The host of the Summer School, organized by the Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, was the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology of the University of Zielona Góra. The considerations oscillated around the topic: School culture: What is it? How to research it and write about it? Professors, PhDs and doctoral students, combined by the passion of scientific research and the desire to exchange and share their own experiences, focused on the phenomenon of school culture for five days of intense deliberation. XXXII LSMP in Łagów Lubuski has become an opportunity to reconstruct various models and theories of the school’s cultures.
