Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we consider improving the implementation of the real estate cadastre based on knowledge bases. The rapid development of new technologies and their large application have led to the need to register land registry records as well as other registers from analogue to digital environment. Land and property records in Bosnia and Herzegovina encounter major problems, some of which are: unresolved property relations, lack of spatial data, data is not complete, data is not in line with the actual situation on the ground, data is poorly maintained. In order to be able to at least partially solve these and other uncertainties, it is necessary to achieve effective access, sharing and exchange of cadastral data, and to create a domain model according to current standards in the field of management and use of cadastral data. In this paper we propose to accelerate and improve the implementation of the real estate cadastre using new technological solutions and knowledge base.
