Summary/Abstract: Evaluation culture in Poland is still in its initial phase. We are still far from Anglo-Saxon models of socializing evaluation studies, in which both the researcher-evaluator and respondents, managers and others involved have the impact on the design and the course of the research. Social evaluation is a difficult research model, requiring the inclusion of diverse participants. However, its value is directly proportional to the effort necessary to carry it out, since it brings about increased involvement, understanding and utilisation of its results.
