Summary/Abstract: Stjepan Tomislav Poglajen devoted much attention to the problem of totalitarian social systems, especially while he was editor of the journal Život (Life), from September 1937 to February 1941. Much of this attention was directed at National Socialism as one of the forms of a totalitarian social system. This article analyzes articles and documents about Nazism published in Život, paying particular attention to Poglajen’s commentaries. Likewise, an attempt is made to point out the core message which the journal was trying to convey to its readers.
