Summary/Abstract: Contemporary Internet communication made a new type of the publicistic discourse - non-institutional publicistic Internet discourse in which amateurs create texts with brightly expressed intentions of the author. This new phenomenon lies the foundation for the practices of certain media text creation based upon the usage of media aesthetic components which identify the perception of reality and increase the influencing potential of communication.
