Summary/Abstract: We are in an era where individuals and societies are defined and valued in a dizzying flow and with a change, transformation, performance, and survival reflex of the fittest in such a way that this flow can not be fully predicted. From primitive societies to today's postmodern world, many cultures, traditions, and lifestyles have gone through a number of transformational processes. Perhaps the most interesting and exotic of these is the phenomenon of death, and a very problematic state of affairs that can be described as pathological phenomenology that takes shape in the attitudes and behaviors against this phenomenon. The meaning given to death centered upon the type the religion, philosophy of life, form of mentality or world view. Our lifestyle, our religion or its mark, our moral values determine our attitude towards death or our behaviour towards this phenomenon.
