Summary/Abstract: Beekeeping is defined as the art of using and managing honey bees that are trying to produce natural food without having to make any technological investments in the field of agricultural activity. Honey bees are seen as living beings that have the ability to grow in all kinds of land, which can transform the nectar collected from many plants into the most beneficial products or utilize it. Beekeeping is not dependent on the land and it is capable of providing employment and income for every segment of the society. Beekeeping has an important place in organic beekeeping. The organic qualification of the products obtained by the beekeeping depends on the characteristics of the hives, the environmental conditions, the way of obtaining the beekeeping products and the storage conditions.
