Summary/Abstract: The present technical paper focuses on the issue of rules of her house arrest sentence Czech Republic but specifically to the transformation of imprisonment for home imprisonment. The author focuses primarily on the legal analysis of the changes that under Act no. 40/2009 Coll., The Criminal Code and Law no. 141/1961 Coll., Code of Criminal Procedure (Criminal Procedure) introduced an amendment to Act no. 390/2012 Coll. Amending Act. 40/2009 Coll., The Criminal Code, as amended, and some other laws, and try to outline the specific positive as well as negative aspects with the new regime of the Czech criminal law related.
