“The playwright’s movement: An Attempt to Construct a Toolbox for a Dramaturgy of the Body, Installation and Performance (fragments)”

Summary/Abstract: December 2018 at AST National Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow. The work is an attempt to gather the author’s experience in the field ofdramaturgy. The word “toolbox”—a set of accessories, a box of tools used to perform an activity—appears in the title as the author views the various aspects of creating a performative event as tools through which dramaturgy manifests itself and whose fields of influence permeate each other. Tools are collected and analyzed in relation to each other.A section is specially devoted to the issues of working with the body,as well as forms of installation and performance. To illustrate the mapof concepts, the author focuses on one of her works: Second‑hand’68 (Polin / TR Warszawa 2017‑18).
